WHAT DO YOU SEE, WHAT DO YOU HEAR? URBAN MEETS NATURE Arroyo Arts Collective Presents an Innovative Live Performing Arts event. Sponsored by The Department of Cultural Affairs and hosted at the beautiful grounds of The Audubon Center at Debs Park. Opening Event starts on April 28th starting promptly at 11- 12 :45 p.m. Free Dance and Music Performances. Followed by alternating free music and dance workshops for the public on specific dates. Performance dates are: April 28th, May 11th, May 18th and May 19th. From 11-12:45p.m. No performance will be identical. Each performance will be a live, improvised creation between Dancer and Musician chosen at random. This Project was created to foster better unity and community between people/ artists and to bring people together by opening lines of communication and connection between 2 people. Free workshops dates and info: April 28th and May 18th from 1-2 p.m. “Let’s Make Music” Have fun creating music with innovative new non-traditional ways. Need not have musical experience. May 11th and May 19th from 1-2 p.m. “Movement in Your Environment” dance and movement workshop, use your environment to give you inspiration. How to find your groove.
